- 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped

- 1 jar jar grape leaves, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Combine rice, parsley, mint, green onions, pine nuts, raisins, cinnamon, allspice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Lay out grape leaves, shiny side down. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each leaf.
Fold in sides and roll up tightly.
Arrange stuffed grape leaves in a pot. Pour lemon juice and water over leaves.
