- 1 packet packet taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1 avocado, avocado, diced
- 1 lime, lime, cut into wedges
Cook rice according to the package instructions with 2 cups of water.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
